GUARD PASSSEATED GUARD · ON TOPIBJJF +3

Step by step

  1. Put him down using the head and the arm, walking forward past his heels until you are close to his hips.
  2. Grip his biceps or his shoulder with your hands and stay in a squatting position, very low.
  3. Choose a side: push his legs with your forearm and elbow, pointing both of his knees to the same side.
  4. Walk to the side keeping both of his knees pointed in the same direction, without giving space back to his hips.
  5. Sprawl over his legs, gain the inside underhook and wrap his head with shoulder pressure.
  6. Bring up the leg that stayed behind and step over the smashed legs.
  7. Turn your chest back toward him, organize your base and stabilize side control.
